Who doesn’t love cheesecake? Residents at Bricklehampton Hall certainly do!

On Blueberry Cheesecake Day, our residents came together to decorate four vanilla cheesecakes with blueberries. They were all smiles whilst decorating and putting patterns on the cheesecakes. Staff loved seeing residents with smiles on their faces and having a great time.

Sitting together, they chatted about puddings from the past and discussing recipes. There were a few surprises but we promised to keep their secrets so ask us no questions and we will tell you no lies.

Cheesecakes were put out for an extra pudding at lunchtime and most residents had a piece.  Some cheesecake was kept back for Pub Club in the evening for all to enjoy with a drink.
