Being a Senior Supervisor, Ron’s responsibilities cover many aspects of our home. From supporting staff, to managing care teams and onboarding new residents. Ron also has fantastic relationships with all our residents, as he understands and knows them well. Ron is admired for his charisma and compassion by staff and residents alike. We’ve been celebrating British Pie Week! We made our short crust pastry and our sweet pie fillings before putting it all together to make some delicious & memorable treats.
