It is a pleasure to work in the tranquil homely setting with a team of staff who are very dedicated to the care of the residents. I find it a pleasure to talk with the residents and they say ‘the staff are lovely and they feel safe’.
The home proudly holds the platinum gold standard frame work award and support residents from residential care needs to end-of-life embracing the needs of each individual and their family members. All the staff strive to deliver individual person-centred care with respect and dignity at the forefront of residents and relatives experience with in the home.
The home feels that they belong to the local community welcoming visitors to become part of our ‘family’.
Infection Control
Protecting residents and staff
We are following strict infection control measures in all Blissful care homes. By using appropriate PPE, carrying out frequent deep cleaning and rolling out testing for our staff and residents, we are doing all we can to limit the spread of infection.
Visiting Pod
Our new visiting pod has been put in place to help our residents and their loved ones to reunite whilst complying with Government guidelines. The visitor pod at Bricklehampton Hall provides a safe, weatherproof environment that is cleaned thoroughly between visits. All visits must be booked in advance. Get in touch to find out more. We will soon have two additional purpose built visiting pods installed. Follow our Facebook page for updates on this. We’re super excited and cant wait to launch these.

Our care home is regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), offering transparency and peace of mind. The CQC are the independent regulator of health and adult social care in England. Their job is to make sure health and social care services provide people with safe, effective, compassionate, and high quality care.
Gold Standards Frameworks accreditation is awarded to selected care homes for the high standard of care given to residents in the end stages of their lives. This includes ensuring loved ones are comfortable and families are a part of the care given to their loved ones.
We have gained our reaccreditation and are proud to have received the Quality Hallmark Award at Platinum status, which recognises that the sustained practice is maintained. Our team have maintained this award through hard work, dedication, empathy, compassion and with the support of our GP practice.
