At New Day we always encourage our residents to choose activities they enjoy and bring them happiness! So when Mr and Mrs Marshal got up to have a little jig together at a party in the home, this really melted our hearts!
Dancing is a great form of light exercise, it is social and fun and helps with movement and mobility. It is also a great stress reliever and helps to release endorphins which manage and stabilise your mood and well-being.
