Our approach

Kindness, compassion and patience sit at the heart of the care we offer

As such, we actively seek out people who have the warmth and willingness to make a difference, coupled with the passion and integrity to treat people with unwavering respect.

For many families, making the decision to move a loved one into residential care is a difficult one. Our team’s natural desire to enable, empower and support the people they care for will help to ease any concerns. We are passionate professionals who exude the warmth of a family friend.

Blissful people aren’t afraid to go the extra mile to raise a smile. We take the time to listen, to comfort and to care.

Our promise to you

We take the wellbeing of our employees seriously

We pride ourselves on offering our teams a good place to work, with competitive pay rates and a host of other benefits. All staff who are new to care will undergo a comprehensive induction programme and be mentored and supported to achieve their care certificate.

Staff are committed and caring, knowing each resident/family member.Approachable and able to provide the next of kin with residents’ medical updates.

Plenty of activities with able residents being taken out regularly. Special occasions always recognised and celebrated.
