Today has been a day full of fun and laughter! We have been busy painting our faces as the Circus is in town! Thank you to our lovely Bursar, Sara, for painting our residents’ faces and making us all giggle! The residents loved getting into the spirit of things and some of them loved acting the part too!
Dressing up can benefit the elderly by boosting their mood, self-esteem and sense of independence. It can also help them feel more confident and socially connected so it’s always a nice activity to carry out!
