Our Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) Team has been featured on the official NHS Birmingham Community Healthcare IPC poster, highlighting best practice in areas such as infection prevention, hydration, mouth care, urinary catheter care, food safety and sepsis awareness. To be chosen as the face of this campaign is a real honour and a powerful recognition of the high standards our team demonstrates every day.
This achievement reflects the dedication, professionalism and teamwork shown by our staff in keeping our residents safe, healthy and well. Infection prevention and control is at the heart of quality care, and our team consistently goes above and beyond to ensure best practice is followed at all times.
